About the Role
The Reliability team at 6sense is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our mission of revolutionizing B2B organizations' revenue creation. This role focuses on automation, integration, and operation of monitoring, logging, and alerting services to ensure quick, safe, and reliable product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- βBuild and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Pulumi, Terraform
- βManage and optimize AWS/cloud environments with a focus on cost, performance, scalability, and security
- βDeploy and operate workloads on Kubernetes/EKS, including configuration, scaling, and troubleshooting
- βDevelop automation tools and scripts using Python or Java to improve reliability and eliminate manual tasks
- βParticipate in on-call rotations to support platform and infrastructure operations
Requirements
- β5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or related infrastructure roles
- β1+ year of hands-on programming experience using Python or Java
- βStrong experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Pulumi, Terraform, CloudFormation)
- βDeep understanding of AWS architecture, networking, IAM, and cloud infrastructure operations
- βHands-on experience with Kubernetes/EKS
- βStrong skills in SQL (read/write) and experience working with RDS MySQL/Postgres
- βExperience with platform upgrades, cloud migrations, or large-scale infrastructure improvements
