About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join 6sense and lead design initiatives that shape the future of B2B marketing through AI-powered design. This role involves driving the entire solution-design lifecycle and collaborating with a passionate team to create innovative user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead the creation of comprehensive UX strategies for complex business domains
- βBuild wireframes and clickthrough prototypes in Figma to communicate workflows
- βLead both evaluative and generative research efforts to drive innovative design solutions
- βFacilitate cross-functional activities to accelerate the design process
- βTranslate broad UX visions into actionable, iterative deliverables
- βProvide clear and actionable feedback on other designers' work
Requirements
- βExtensive experience leading design initiatives for complex B2B products
- βDemonstrated ability to leverage user research to create design improvements
- βDeep understanding of usability, UI design, and enterprise design systems
- βAbility to use data and storytelling to influence product decisions
- βApplies system-level thinking to design, ensuring solutions are holistic and user-centered
- βUses compelling storytelling and persuasive communication techniques to engage stakeholders
