Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- βStaff-Level Expertise: Extensive experience (10+ years) in frontend engineering, with a mastery of React and TypeScript.
- βArchitectural Thinking: Proven ability to build internal products (libraries, hooks, components) used by other developers.
- βTesting Mastery: Deep experience with Playwright for resilient E2E flows and Jest for comprehensive unit testing.
- βStyling & Design Systems: Expert knowledge of CSS/SCSS and CSS Modules. Experience using Storybook to maintain and scale a living design system.
- βAnalytical Mindset: Ability to profile browser performance and optimize complex React component trees.
- βCommunication: Exceptional ability to articulate technical trade-offs to both engineers and designers.
