THE OPPORTUNITY
Weβre looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Demand Generation Associate to join our marketing team. This is an entry-level or junior role designed for someone who is eager to learn the ropes of B2B marketing and help execute the campaigns that fuel our global pipeline.
In this role, you will be the engine room of our demand generation efforts. Youβll support the broader marketing team in launching multi-channel campaigns, managing our marketing database, and ensuring our messaging reaches the right personas in private markets and credit. This is a high-growth role where you will gain hands-on experience in lead nurturing, digital advertising, and sales alignment.
WHAT YOUβLL WORK ON
Every day is different, but hereβs an example of the kind of things youβll work on:
Campaign & Event Execution
- Assist in the setup and deployment of multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and web.
- Webinar Coordination: Own the "behind-the-scenes" of our digital events from drafting up registration pages and managing live tech to coordinating speaker dry runs.
- In-Person Events: Provide on-the-ground support at industry conferences and 9fin-hosted events, managing registration, lead scanning, and premium attendee experiences.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure all campaign and event assets (graphics, landing pages, merchandise) are world-class and ready for launch.
Data & Lead Management
- Manage the "hand-off" process, ensuring high-quality leads from webinars and conferences are seamlessly delivered to our SDR and Sales teams.
Reporting & Optimization
- Track key metrics (open rates, event attendance, conversions) and prepare weekly reports on campaign and event performance.
- Help conduct A/B tests on subject lines and landing pages to constantly improve our conversion and registration rates.
ABOUT YOU
This role will be a great fit if you are:

- A strong communicator: You can write clear copy and feel confident interacting with senior professionals at live industry events.
- Organized: You can juggle multiple tasks, event logistics, and deadlines without breaking a sweat.
Bonus points for:
- Previous internship experience in marketing, events, sales, or a SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom).
- A basic understanding of (or interest in) finance and debt markets.
