About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager, PMO Excellence and Launch Operations to join ServiceNow. This high-impact role will partner with the Launch Office leadership team to establish launch-focused workflows and deliver seamless execution across product launches and global marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities
- βDesign and implement standardized launch operating models and execution frameworks that scale across multiple programs
- βOrchestrate execution with the Launch Office across 15+ concurrent workstreams, ensuring all activity aligns with PSM's end-to-end launch strategy
- βAdvance standardized launch and release playbooks based on program learnings
- βIdentify opportunities to leverage AI for process automation and workflow optimization
- βPartner with Launch Office leadership to evolve program maturity and operational excellence
Requirements
- βDeep PMO expertise with experience in program infrastructure and operating models
- βStrong cross-functional coordination skills with ability to manage dependencies across multiple teams
- βExperience with launch operations and execution frameworks
- βAbility to develop reusable templates, checklists, and process documentation
- βStrategic thinking with ability to translate operational details into strategic insights
- βExperience with AI-native process optimization
- βExperience managing multi-million dollar program budgets
- βReporting to the Chief of Staff and Head of Strategy and Operations for Product and Solutions Marketing
