About the Role
Ivanti is seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist to own Salesforce-enabled revenue systems, with a focus on CPQ and Sales Cloud capabilities. This role is crucial for supporting global revenue execution and collaborating with EMEA colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- →Perform system configuration and administration tasks for go-to-market business processes
- →Own documentation for assigned systems and process mappings
- →Deliver tools and systems enablement across Business Operations teams
- →Act as an IT requestor for system enhancements and projects
- →Oversee the lifecycle of changes to go-to-market systems
- →Support Salesforce CPQ from a business operations perspective
- →Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce Sales Cloud capabilities
Requirements
- ✓Experience in Sales Operations for a SaaS or technology company
- ✓Track record of owning and evolving revenue systems
- ✓Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ
- ✓Familiarity with Salesforce configuration concepts
- ✓Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
