More than a CDMO, we are a responsible and dedicated partner that takes care of your products from concept to patient. • Partner with the Sr TA Business Partner to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities Review applications and recruitment agency submittals within Applicant Tracking System (Lever) • Conduct initial phone screenings with potential candidates while taking accurate notes to be shared with the hiring team • Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring teams • Provide timely, professional communication to candidates and stakeholders • Manage assigned requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (Lever) with accuracy and timeliness • Post job openings on internal and external job boards • Maintain recruitment records, reports, and documentation in compliance with company processes • Ensure data integrity within the ATS and other HR systems Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree Required • 2-4+ years of experience recruiting in high volume environment focused in pharmaceutical/biotechnology • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required. Lever ATS experience preferred. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) • Strong organizational and time‑management skills. • Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
