About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global Talent team at Abacus Insights. This role involves owning high-impact hiring from strategy to closing exceptional talent, contributing to our mission of transforming healthcare data.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across product engineering, ML/AI, infrastructure, G&A, and beyond.
- →Partner closely with hiring managers to understand problems and continuously raise the hiring bar.
- →Design and execute thoughtful search strategies, from market mapping to interview design and closing.
- →Manage multiple complex searches simultaneously without sacrificing candidate experience or quality.
- →Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, guiding them through the process with clarity and empathy.
- →Serve as an ambassador for Abacus Insights, reflecting our values in every interaction.
- →Continuously improve hiring processes through iteration and data-driven insights.
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience hiring top-tier talent in competitive markets.
- ✓Experience running full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing strategy and stakeholder management.
- ✓Strong ability to manage high-complexity searches with many moving parts.
- ✓Skilled at translating technical and business needs into clear hiring strategies.
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- ✓Comfortable operating in fast-paced, remote-first environments.
- ✓Experience recruiting globally across multiple regions.
- ✓Background in high-growth startups or fast-moving environments.
