The opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Auckland team based in East Tamaki. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys building strong relationships, managing end-to-end recruitment, and influencing great recruitment outcomes across a diverse portfolio of roles.
You’ll work closely with leaders across the business, partnering on hiring needs, delivering great candidate experiences, and helping to lift recruitment capability and best practice.
What you’ll be doing
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment across a mix of blue-collar and white-collar roles.
• Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates through to offer stage.
• Providing market insights and recruitment advice to support hiring decisions.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
• Supporting broader talent initiatives such as employer branding, attraction campaigns, expos, and recruitment projects.
