About the Role
We are looking for an AI/ML & NMR Structural Verification Intern to join AbbVie's Data Sciences and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) teams. This role involves developing an AI/ML workflow using DP4/DP5 models and Gaussian calculations to streamline NMR structural identification processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Evaluate published AI-based models such as DP4/DP5-AI workflow
- →Test the workflow on compounds with existing NMR data to assess reliability
- →Improve and enhance NMR shift calculations using advanced DFT and Bayesian inference
- →Design a robust, scalable screening template integrating the optimized AI model into NMR identification processes
Requirements
- ✓Background in AI, ML, and NMR spectroscopy
- ✓Familiarity with DP4/DP5 models and Gaussian calculations
