Key Responsibilities
- βDeliver effective on-label technical and scientific presentations/sales calls to highlight product benefits and risks.
- βBuild and maintain relationships across accounts to benefit patients and healthcare professionals.
- βServe as the lead US Commercial contact with targeted accounts in assigned geography.
- βCreate, implement, and communicate strategic and tactical plans for targeted accounts.
- βAttend and actively participate in local neurology society meetings, conferences, and advocacy events.
- βDevelop business strategy, territory account plans, and align resources to support tactic execution.
- βRemain current on clinical, market, and payer developments specific to Parkinsonβs Disease.
- βComplete all required training and maintain adherence to company policies and legal procedures.
- βRepresent AbbVie as a partner of choice in the Parkinsonβs and Neuroscience space.
- βDrive a personal auto or company vehicle as required.
Requirements
- βExperience in healthcare sales, particularly in the neurology or Parkinsonβs disease space.
- βStrong understanding of Parkinsonβs disease and its therapeutic treatments.
- βExcellent communication and presentation skills.
- βAbility to build and maintain strategic business relationships.
- βCompliance with healthcare industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements.
- βWillingness to travel and attend evening or weekend events.
- βAbility to reside within a commutable distance of the posted city.
