About the Role
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie Company. This role will provide analytical support and insights to drive strategic business decisions within our Aesthetics division in France & Benelux.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance.
- →Provide in-depth commercial analytics to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- →Consolidate various data sources to provide a comprehensive view of business insights.
- →Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities.
- →Analyze customer experience data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- →Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable tools, reports, and processes.
