About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Account Executive to join our team at AbbVie. This role focuses on executing daily account activities for assigned brands and supporting the tactical implementation of strategic plans.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients regarding brand asset maintenance and lead weekly client status meetings
- →Manage submissions for Veeva and review by Medical, Regulatory and Legal partners
- →Partner with internal teams to create client deliverables from initiation to completion
- →Create, review and maintain job estimates and support the maintenance of brand budgets
- →Support the internal agency team and client in preparation for major meetings or programs/events
- →Partner with your manager to strategize on ways to improve effectiveness
- →Comply with applicable Corporate Policies, Procedures and Mandatory Training
