About the Role
Pacific Communications is seeking an Art Director to join their team. This role is responsible for the art and graphic output of a group of brands, managing art directors, and ensuring creative excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assign brands to direct reports (art directors) and review their performance
- →Review work during its creation and before dispatch to clients, from concept through production
- →Manage the art group’s workload to maximize efficiency and ensure timely completion
- →Inspire and elevate the creative ability of all art personnel
- →Guide the professional and creative development of art directors
- →Stay current with brands and competition
- →Present creative work both internally and externally
- →Contribute to shaping brand positioning and strategy
- →Participate in the agency new business team as required
Requirements
