About the Role
The International Market Analytics and Business Intelligence (IMABI) Associate Director will serve as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders, leveraging data and market research to drive informed business decisions. This role will lead business intelligence planning and implementation, facilitate business insights, and develop actionable recommendations to meet key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the IMABI lead for Epkinly, supporting both Diffuse B Cell Lymphoma and Folicular Lymphoma indications
- →Foster productive relationships as a member of the AbbVie Alliance team with Genmab
- →Demonstrate leadership on cross-functional business teams, mining custom and syndicated data to identify growth opportunities
- →Support brands using tracking and measuring KPIs, Monthly Brand Performance reviews, and secondary research deep dives
- →Develop and maintain working relationships with Area and Key Affiliate and Alliance partners
- →Collaborate with Cross-functional Brand Team and across IMABI to maximize business results
- →Play a leading role in the continuous brand planning process based on deep market understanding
- →Serve as a strategic partner to Differentiation and Standard of Care leads
- →Contribute to the financial planning process, providing expertise on brand/indication market shares
- →Lead initiatives to improve IMABI capabilities
- →Ensure all IMABI activities are conducted on time, within budget, and in compliance with guidelines
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in market analytics and business intelligence
- ✓Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- ✓Expertise in data mining, custom research, and syndicated data analysis
- ✓Ability to develop actionable recommendations based on market insights
- ✓Experience in brand planning and strategic partnership
- ✓Financial planning and market share analysis capabilities
- ✓Knowledge of ethical compliance guidelines in business operations
