About the Role
Lead the comprehension of patient experience insights across the Brand and In Field Team, developing the Patient Journey to focus the Brand Team on patient-centric strategies including CLM engagement and customization within AbbVie business code of conduct.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with Brand Team and In-Field Team members, facilitating cross-stakeholder discussions to synthesize insights and identify target segments
- →Secure input from stakeholders to develop a robust Patient Journey and propose strategic objectives for Brand Team review
- →Ensure all functional deliverables are consistent with branding and deliver emotional messages aligned to Brand Story
- →Guide the design and implementation of marketing activities, including innovative tactics and multi-stakeholder initiatives
- →Ensure alignment of in-field materials, strategies and tactics to drive momentum of strategic brand objectives
- →Lead development of marketing inputs to Strategic Brand Plan and coordinate preparation of Long Range Plan
- →Develop, lead and coach direct reports, forecast brand KPIs, manage budget and brand P&L, and track ROI measurements
- →Lead the Brand Team around a shared brand vision and objectives
- →Ensure Brand Team Members contribute to Brand strategy development through the Brand Planning process
- →Encourage collaboration and foster team spirit among Brand Team members
- →Take accountability for Brand Team activities and processes
Requirements
- ✓Experience in leading brand teams and developing patient-centric strategies
- ✓Strong understanding of Close Loop Marketing (CLM) engagement and customization
- ✓Ability to facilitate cross-stakeholder discussions and synthesize insights
- ✓Experience with strategic brand planning and tactical implementation
- ✓Knowledge of marketing KPIs, budget management, and ROI tracking
- ✓Leadership skills to guide and coach direct reports
- ✓Understanding of AbbVie business code of conduct and applicable regulations
