RESPONSIBILITIES - Partner with Product, GTM, and Support teams to identify operational inefficiencies and develop solutions to improve cross-functional workflows. - Conduct data analysis to uncover insights, track KPIs, and inform strategic decisions. - Manage and execute projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. - Develop presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. - Support the design and implementation of processes to enhance scalability and efficiency. - Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational initiatives with company strategy. - Facilitate cross-departmental meetings to ensure alignment and progress on key projects. REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus. - 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, ideally at a top-tier firm, with exposure to strategy and operations projects. - Proven project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders. - Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with tools like Excel, SQL, or Tableau for data analysis and visualization. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas for diverse audiences. - Experience working with Product, GTM, or Support teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage competing priorities effectively. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with process optimization or change management in a tech or startup environment. - Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, or Monday.com [Upgrade to PRO to see link] - Exposure to GTM strategy, customer success, or product development cycles. - Experience in the self-storage and/or insurance industry.
