About the Role
The Business Development Manager represents the Facial Aesthetics product portfolio to targeted aesthetic customers within a designated geographical area. This role focuses on creating product acceptance and enhancing portfolio growth through business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Represent the Facial Aesthetics product portfolio to targeted aesthetic customers
- →Create product acceptance and enhance portfolio growth through business development activities
- →Provide technical product and procedure expertise
- →Differentiate competitive products
- →Obtain assigned sales goals through creative, consultative selling
- →Implement the U.S. Sales/Marketing plan
- →Leverage resources to accelerate adoption and sales growth
- →Work with Allergan Aesthetics cross portfolio partners and support teams
- →Comply with required reporting, requests, and compliance policies
Requirements
- ✓Experience in business development within the aesthetic industry
- ✓Strong understanding of Facial Aesthetics products including BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVEDERM® fillers, and Kybella®
- ✓Ability to provide technical product and procedure expertise
- ✓Experience with consultative selling techniques
- ✓Knowledge of U.S. Sales/Marketing plans
- ✓Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- ✓Compliance with reporting and policy requirements
