About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to lead financial planning and analysis processes across businesses. This role provides financial guidance, prepares management analysis, and supports business decisions while interacting with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- βTrack and report daily sales to Greater Europe senior management
- βEnsure timely and accurate monthly financial close with Financial Shared Services and country finance teams
- βPrepare and develop annual budget and financial forecasts for Allergan Aesthetics
- βPresent budget and financial forecasts to Greater Europe management
- βEvaluate business projections and forecasts for accuracy and strategic alignment
- βIdentify risks and opportunities to achieve quarterly and full year objectives
- βProvide variance analysis and develop management reporting schedules
- βMaintain and develop reporting for sales and operational budgets
- βBecome a trusted business partner to the CSEE Region and country teams
- βDevelop expense trackers for spend management
- βProvide routine business support for informed decision-making
- βSupport key projects and initiatives for process improvements
- βEnsure financial results comply with AbbVie policies
- βRecommend and drive control process improvements
- βProvide financial reviews and approvals
- βSupport commercial team with demand forecasting
Requirements
- βStrong financial planning and analysis background
- βExperience with budgeting and forecasting processes
- βAbility to track and report sales data
- βKnowledge of financial policies and compliance
- βExperience with planning systems and financial close processes
- βStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
- βExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- βAbility to challenge and evaluate business projections
- βExperience with variance analysis and management reporting
