About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to lead financial planning and analysis processes across businesses. This role involves providing financial guidance, preparing management analysis, and supporting business decisions to improve financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Track and report daily sales to Greater Europe senior management
- →Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial close with Financial Shared Services and country finance teams
- →Prepare and develop annual budget and financial forecasts for Allergan Aesthetics
- →Present budget and financial forecasts to Greater Europe management
- →Challenge and evaluate business projections for accuracy and strategic alignment
- →Identify risks and opportunities to achieve quarterly and full year objectives
- →Provide variance analysis and develop management reporting schedules
- →Maintain and develop reporting for sales and operational budgets
- →Become a trusted business partner to the CSEE Region and country teams
- →Develop expense trackers for spend management
- →Collaborate to enable informed decision-making
- →Support key projects and initiatives for process improvements
- →Ensure financial results comply with AbbVie policies
- →Provide financial reviews and approvals
- →Support commercial team with demand forecasting
Requirements
- ✓Strong financial planning and analysis background
- ✓Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes
- ✓Ability to track and report sales data
- ✓Knowledge of financial policies and compliance
- ✓Experience with planning systems and financial close processes
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
