About the Role

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team. This role involves leading financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

→Leads and develops monthly, quarterly, and annual plans, including P&L, headcount, balance sheet, expense, and capital
→Prepares variance analysis for each planning cycle and develops management reporting schedules
→Works with Accounting Shared Service on monthly close process and financial reporting
→Provides management with insights into business and financial performance drivers and risks
→Leads financial reviews and approvals for purchase orders and invoices
→Leads ad hoc analysis, projects, and process improvements
→May supervise direct reports

Requirements

✓Experience in financial planning and analysis
✓Strong understanding of financial reporting and variance analysis
✓Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
✓Experience with planning systems and financial software
✓Leadership and project management skills
