About the Role
We are looking for Key Account Managers to join our Gastro team. This role focuses on promoting products and building relationships with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- βConduct effective promotional activities for assigned products in your territory
- βEstablish and maintain contacts with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and billing departments
- βAchieve set sales targets
- βParticipate in additional company projects
- βImplement marketing strategies using promotional materials
- βMonitor competitive market activities and share information with the team
- βActively monitor tenders in all hospitals in your work area
- βRegularly monitor the use of contracts in hospitals in your therapeutic area
- βManage promotional budget according to assumptions
- βCollaborate with external clients and engage them in company projects
- βOrganize promotional initiatives, workshops, conferences, and congresses
- βProcess documentation, information, and communication with clients
- βPrepare and discuss Regional Business Plan with your supervisor
- βAdapt to changes in structure due to strategy requirements
- βTimely accounting of expenses and initiation of actions in required systems
Requirements
- βExperience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare industry
- βStrong understanding of medical products and healthcare market
- βExcellent communication and relationship-building skills
