About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to contribute to strategic and tactical development of sales support initiatives for the franchise. This role involves analyzing sales performance trends and implementing initiatives to improve execution and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assess monthly National, Regional and other key sales performance trends
- →Propose strategic selling initiatives to identify business performance opportunities
- →Develop, compile and communicate monthly franchise sales execution and performance reports
- →Lead analysis and application of sales operations needs for the IAE field force
- →Coordinate franchise sales training program
- →Identify field tactical and strategic opportunities to create and implement necessary sales tools and programs
- →Develop, implement and execute the franchise sales force communication plan
- →Coordinate and manage sales support functions
- →Lead and manage the process of developing and implementing sales force incentive programs
- →Work cross functionally with various sales support organizations to create and optimize field initiatives
Requirements
- ✓Experience in sales support or related field
- ✓Strong analytical skills with ability to assess sales performance trends
- ✓Excellent communication and reporting skills
- ✓Ability to coordinate and implement strategic initiatives
- ✓Experience with sales training programs
- ✓Knowledge of sales analytics and diagnostics
- ✓Understanding of incentive program development
- ✓Cross-functional collaboration experience
