About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to support and drive activities that align with the plant's long-range plan. This role ensures the plant remains competitive while meeting cost, compliance, and customer service needs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead all aspects of projects from strategic decisions to execution
- →Set and lead site PM strategy meetings and timelines
- →Manage a team of site operations personnel for project planning and execution
- →Create comprehensive project plans, budgets, and strategies
- →Establish and host periodic progress updates for plant management
- →Represent project status to internal and external leadership
- →Anticipate roadblocks and develop contingency plans
