About the Role
Priority Account Managers (PAMs) will be responsible for account management and coordination primarily for regionally based, mid-size accounts with Oral Migraine potential and volume. This dynamic and critical role requires an established leader with proven capabilities in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
- →Maximize site of care (SOC) opportunities in accordance with product labeling, strategic imperatives, and company policies
- →Lead and ensure coordination and communication across all parties involved in building SOC networks at the national/regional level
- →Integrate rapid changes in the customer landscape
- →Implement approved strategies to achieve goals consistent with AbbVie objectives and policies
- →Collaborate cross-functionally to act as a liaison between AbbVie and customer decision-makers
- →Identify, evaluate, develop, and monitor partnerships/business plans within designated customer/partner accounts
- →Develop and grow relationships with appropriate individuals within accounts to meet business needs
- →Develop a strong alliance with field-based colleagues to ensure appropriate cross-functional support
- →Drive a personal auto or company vehicle as required
Requirements
- ✓Established leadership experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare industry
- ✓Proven capabilities in market and other areas of healthcare
- ✓Strong understanding of healthcare issues, strategies, and best practices
- ✓Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- ✓Experience in account management and coordination
- ✓Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
