About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Control Specialist to ensure our products are functional and safe for customers. This role involves developing quality control systems and improving manufacturing processes to resolve defects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- →Evaluate, propose, and implement medium complexity improvements in process quality
- →Seek solutions for problems in manufacturing and process quality using Lean tools
- →Support root cause investigations, develop action plans, and implement actions within established timeframes
- →Review and approve quality plans and First Article Plans for production processes
- →Review OT Core System documents and validation protocols when assigned
- →Support key company projects to ensure product quality
- →Ensure order and cleanliness of responsible areas (5S)
- →Comply with corporate and legal EHS requirements
Requirements
- ✓Experience in quality control and manufacturing processes
- ✓Knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies
- ✓Ability to conduct root cause investigations and develop action plans
- ✓Understanding of quality plans, PFMEAs, and validation protocols
- ✓Familiarity with EHS requirements and internal policies
- ✓Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
