About the Role
AbbVie is seeking a skilled Salesforce software engineering professional to design, develop, and optimize software solutions that support critical commercial business objectives. This role requires continuous improvement of existing methods and processes, leveraging industry research and Salesforce documentation to guide solution design.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, implement, demonstrate, and deploy Salesforce Technology solutions using Apex, Triggers, LWC, and REST/SOAP integrations
- →Analyze and resolve technical problems using analytical problem-solving techniques
- →Conduct estimation, design, and code reviews, identifying system or process gaps
- →Create design models and best practices for vendors and staff members
- →Study Salesforce Release Notes and bring Point of View (PoV) on new features
- →Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) for new features, documenting observations and learnings
- →Provide technical leadership and mentor less experienced staff
- →Work with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Application Architects for new projects
- →Adhere to corporate standards regarding policies, compliance, and data security
Requirements
- ✓Proficiency in Salesforce development including Apex, Triggers, LWC
- ✓Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
- ✓Knowledge of data warehousing, statistics, and machine learning
- ✓Understanding of technology infrastructure including servers, storage, network connectivity, and cloud environments
- ✓Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- ✓Ability to conduct design and code reviews
- ✓Experience with creating technical specifications and design documents
- ✓Familiarity with Salesforce Release Notes and new features
- ✓Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- ✓Strong communication and collaboration skills
