About the Role
The Campaign Operations Project Manager at AbbVie Digital Lab plays a key role in the Patient Services CRM team, leading day-to-day management and execution of CRM projects across AbbVie’s Patient supported brands. This position is responsible for a key franchise group and leads marketing initiatives, supporting cross-functional teams and agency partners to execute email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and oversee highly complex brand CRM engagements, developing project plans and status reports
- →Lead and manage junior team members’ day-to-day work and perform QA of their programs
- →Proactively manage workload and identify optimization opportunities to improve brand campaigns
- →Develop and maintain project documents, timelines, proofing checklists, and status reports
- →Partner with cross-functional and agency teams to create processes for requirements, approvals, and data verification
- →Document change requests and understand timeline implications
- →Prepare quarterly campaign audits and performance SLAs
- →Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to increase engagement
- →Own and manage the planning process with brands, internal teams, and agency partners
- →Keep abreast of marketing best practices and new technology
- →Conduct quarterly business reviews with brand and omnichannel leaders
