About the Role
The Commercial Finance Analyst will serve as the key financial liaison for assigned commercial brands, supporting them in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience with financial systems like SAP.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support assigned commercial brand team(s) in the preparation and submission of financial planning documents including ADS, Plan, Update, Entity and Long Range Plan (LRP) packages
- →Analyze price/volume demand/financial planning components to support strategic decision making
- →Coordinate and prepare for local sales and expenses meetings
- →Ensure financial system data reliability and provide tools for comprehensive sales and expenses forecasting
- →Consolidate information for Standard and Operating Procedures (S&OP) meetings
- →Maintain and upload financial data into relevant systems
- →Monitor, validate and analyze variances of monthly sales and expenses across multiple systems
- →Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting to headquarters
- →Provide financial support to various management positions
Requirements
- ✓Experience with financial planning and analysis
- ✓Strong understanding of P&L and financial reporting
- ✓Proficiency with ERP systems, particularly SAP
- ✓Experience with sales and operations planning processes
- ✓Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends
- ✓Strong communication skills to liaise between finance and commercial teams
- ✓Experience with budget preparation and monitoring
