About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead recruitment activities in India, driving full-cycle end-to-end recruitment and managing a team of Senior Specialists. This role requires strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and expertise in recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment across all functions
- →Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- →Develop business intelligence and recommend recruitment strategies
- →Initiate intake meetings and consult Hiring Managers
- →Responsible for direct sourcing for critical roles and managing agencies
- →Advise on sourcing strategies based on market knowledge
- →Proactively identify and resolve issues in the hiring process
- →Ensure usage of behavioral-based interview questions and competency assessments
- →Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements
- →Review Company and Employer Branding activities
- →Manage the Employee Referral Program
- →Drive local early careers initiatives
- →Lead and manage a team of 2 TA Senior Specialists
Requirements
- ✓Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment management
- ✓Strong understanding of business objectives and hiring needs
- ✓Expertise in recruitment strategies and methodologies
- ✓Knowledge of manpower regulations and work permits
- ✓Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- ✓Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- ✓Strong analytical and reporting skills
- ✓Leadership and team management experience
