Key Responsibilities
- →Schedule and coordinate interview arrangements across multiple time zones
- →Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- →Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
- →Coordinate pre-employment activities and digital onboarding
- →Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with sourcing and reference checks
- →Monitor the Careers inbox for external enquiries
- →Assist with job postings and requisition management
- →Generate recruitment metrics and reports
- →Ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures
- →Provide exceptional candidate experience through professional communication
Requirements
