About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and systems-oriented Product Designer to join Abby Care as our first in-house designer. You will play a foundational role in shaping how care is delivered, managed, and experienced across our AI-powered platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end product design, from problem framing to high-fidelity UI and iteration
- →Design durable, configurable systems that support complex workflows across roles and surfaces
- →Design experiences for diverse users including family caregivers, clinicians, and operators
- →Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and clinical teams to solve real-world problems
- →Design AI-assisted workflows that guide users while maintaining trust and transparency
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of professional experience as a product designer
- ✓Strong experience designing systems, workflows, and information architecture
- ✓Experience designing for multi-role, permissioned products
- ✓Experience across web and mobile platforms
- ✓Comfort owning the full design process, including user research and iteration
- ✓Experience in healthcare or regulated industries preferred
- ✓Experience at startups or fast-moving teams preferred
