About the Role
Abnormal AI is seeking a motivated sales leader to join their Sales organization as a Sales Manager for the Mid-Market Sales Team. This leader will be responsible for team development, recruitment, and driving revenue growth within their region.
Key Responsibilities
- →Recruit and hire a world-class sales team
- →Manage and enable sellers to hit productivity metrics
- →Instill a disciplined approach to pipeline generation
- →Develop an overall account strategy for the region
- →Partner with Sales Engineering for product demonstrations
- →Build strong partnerships with existing customers
- →Forecast monthly/quarterly revenue to executive leadership
- →Develop strategic relationships with channel partners
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 5+ years of sales experience exceeding quotas
- ✓Minimum 3+ years leading a sales team focused on new business
- ✓Strong hunter mentality with experience creating new demand
- ✓Successful experience closing complex sales
- ✓Experience managing deals of $30K+ and higher value transactions
- ✓Experience establishing relationships with executive-level partners and customers
- ✓Strong presentation and communications skills
- ✓Familiarity with consultative sales methodologies
- ✓Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
- ✓Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
