About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to build the sales function for a new product from scratch. You will work closely with the CEO in a small founding team and shape the entire go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build the initial sales pipeline from scratch, targeting Mid-Sized Brands in the DACH region
- →Manage the entire sales closing process despite the absence of established processes, demos, or pitch decks
- →Create the operational foundation for scaling the new product and support the onboarding of a dedicated sales organization
- →Work closely with executive management and incorporate customer feedback directly into the market entry strategy
- →Leverage the unique position of a new venture combined with an existing profitable business, multi-year runway, and initial pilot customers
