About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Operations Manager to join the Partner Business Team at ABOUT YOU. This role involves supporting the growth of our fashion platform by managing external partners and their products in our international online shops.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop a deep understanding of ABOUT YOU's Partner Models and their corresponding requirements
→Respond to inquiries received via email and our service desk
→Manage and verify submitted partner data within our internal tools
→Manage incoming leads, organize the sales pipeline, and maximize conversion opportunities
→Collaborate closely with integration managers and other internal teams

Requirements

✓Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
✓Initial relevant professional experience in an administrative role
✓Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
✓Fluent English language skills are essential, as you'll be part of an English-speaking team
✓Very good organizational skills, strong hands-on mentality, and flexibility
✓High resilience, independence, and a reliable and structured way of working
✓Empathy and enjoyment of teamwork
