About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and oversee the SCAYLE User Interface. This role focuses on developing and maintaining key product areas that serve as a central interface between multiple backend systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and continuously develop the SCAYLE User Interface product areas (customer, order, checkout and promotion modules)
- →Act as the main product contact for the development team, including refinement sessions, sprint planning and backlog prioritization
- →Ensure a strong user-centric perspective by understanding user behavior and translating insights into product decisions
- →Collaborate closely with developers, QA and the Tech Lead
- →Work with a shared UX resource to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience
- →Align product initiatives with internal stakeholders and regularly communicate progress, priorities and outcomes
- →Take over people management responsibilities such as regular 1:1s, feedback and personal development discussions
Requirements
- ✓Experience in product management with a focus on user interfaces
