About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Sourcer to join Abridge and help identify exceptional technical talent for our healthcare AI platform. This role is critical to fueling our leadership pipeline in engineering and product organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Source for Product & Data Science by identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with senior technical talent across software, data science, and product domains.
- →Develop deep organizational intelligence on top companies by charting leadership structures, team compositions, and reporting lines across engineering and product functions.
- →Partner with recruiters, engineering leaders, and product executives to define ideal leadership profiles and refine sourcing strategies.
- →Craft personalized outreach to inspire engineering and product leaders to explore Abridge’s mission.
- →Build and manage a steady pipeline of leadership talent to support hiring needs.
- →Deliver actionable market intelligence on leadership talent availability and compensation trends.
- →Maintain clear records and progress tracking in our ATS (Ashby).
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in technical sourcing or recruiting, with a focus on machine learning, AI research, or advanced engineering roles.
- ✓Familiarity with top ML/AI conferences, academic labs, and industry-leading researchers.
- ✓Track record of engaging and converting senior technical talent in competitive markets.
- ✓Ability to design long-term talent mapping and pipeline strategies.
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- ✓A researcher’s mindset with curiosity and tenacity to uncover hidden talent.
- ✓This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in our San Francisco office, with flexibility for remote work on other days.
