About the Role
We’re looking for an Operations Engineer to join Commure, a healthcare technology company transforming administrative workflows through AI solutions. This role involves automating and scaling manual healthcare operations using SQL, APIs, and emerging tools like LLMs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own high-impact processes from discovery to deployment
- →Design and automate workflows using SQL, APIs, scripts, and LLMs
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Account Management
- →Analyze and optimize operations by building dashboards and reporting pipelines
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or data-heavy roles
- ✓Strong SQL fluency for querying, analyzing, and structuring data
- ✓Excellent problem-solving and systems-thinking skills
- ✓Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end
- ✓Experience in healthcare operations, claims, or billing systems (bonus)
- ✓Experience building or integrating workflows via APIs, Python, or web automation tools (bonus)
- ✓Experience with LLMs, SQL apps, or data pipelines (bonus)
