About the Role
Weβre looking for a hands-on Motion Designer who can own the complete video pipeline β from storyboarding to design, animation, and final delivery. A key part of this role will be video editing, especially breaking long-form content into short, social-ready snippets with the right pacing, cuts, and background music.
Key Responsibilities
- βConceptualize and storyboard video ideas based on briefs
- βAnimate explainer videos, micro-interactions, campaign promos, product feature highlights, social videos, etc.
- βInteraction design for web β build interactive motion elements
- βWork with product marketing, creative, and leadership to understand messaging and turn it into compelling visuals
- βEdit videos for events, podcasts, webinars, and social media β creating polished, bite-sized snippets will be a core responsibility
- βStay on top of motion and video trends to keep our brand fresh and modern
Requirements
- βStrong command of After Effects, Rive, Premiere Pro, Illustrator & Figma
- βExperience in 2D motion design for SaaS or tech brands
- βAbility to understand technical or abstract concepts and visualize them simply
- βRhythm for motion, pacing, transitions, typography & SFX
- βStrong understanding of visual hierarchy, style frames & storytelling
- βBonus: 3D skills (Blender/C4D)
- βPortfolio Must-Haves
- βEnd-to-end motion project - concept + storyboard + animation + execution
- βSaaS/tech-style videos (or equivalent)
- βSocial promos, product explainers, event edits, reels/snippets
