Key Responsibilities
- →Gather requirements from clients
- →Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs)
- →Assess requirements for fit-gap analysis
- →Develop test conditions and scenarios
- →Configure the Oracle Core HCM module
- →Execute unit testing to validate configuration
- →Communicate effectively with clients and developers
- →Create functional designs to guide development

- →Triage test defects and provide resolution
Requirements
- ✓Functional/testing experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or similar ERP solution
- ✓Experience with reviewing requirements, designing solutions, and drafting functional design documents for RICEFW
- ✓Willingness to upskill and certify in Oracle HCM Cloud modules
- ✓US Citizenship
