About the Role

We are looking for a Software Integration Specialist to join Accenture Federal Services, a technology company within global Accenture. This role focuses on helping the US federal government make the nation stronger and safer through technology and ingenuity.

Key Responsibilities

→Understand and assist with the installation, configuration, and validation of COTS software products in test and production environments.
→Coordinate integration activities with cross-functional teams, including networking, server/VM administrators, identity and access management, and application owners.
→Evaluate system requirements, dependencies, and integration points to ensure compatibility and operational readiness.
→Provide hands-on troubleshooting and issue resolution throughout testing and deployment phases.
→Communicate project status, risks, and technical considerations clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
→Develop and maintain technical documentation, including installation guides, configuration baselines, and operational procedures.

Requirements

✓Broad technical experience across networking, servers, virtualization, identity management, and system integration.
✓Strong understanding of ports, protocols, firewalls, and network connectivity troubleshooting.
✓Experience with Windows and/or Linux server environments and virtual machine platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
✓Solid understanding of relational database concepts and hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
✓Working knowledge of authentication and identity services, including Microsoft Entra ID.
✓Familiarity with APIs, RESTful services, and integration concepts; experience with Microsoft Graph is desirable.
✓Understanding of system accreditation, compliance frameworks, or security assessment processes.
