About the Role
We are looking for an Infrastructure Administrator to manage and support a complex virtualized infrastructure. This role involves ensuring stability, scalability, and continuous service availability for business-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Operate and support a complex virtualized infrastructure of approximately 800 virtual appliances
- →Manage and optimize VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V environments
- →Oversee daily infrastructure operations, including provisioning, configuration, patching, and lifecycle management
- →Continuously monitor system health and proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure issues
- →Diagnose and resolve complex incidents related to DNS, IP addressing, proxy configurations, and firewall connectivity
- →Provide support for Linux-based systems using command-line tools
Requirements
- ✓Experience with VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V
- ✓Strong understanding of DNS, IP addressing, proxy configurations, and firewall connectivity
- ✓Proficiency in Linux systems support and command-line tools
- ✓Ability to contribute to operational documentation and standard procedures
- ✓Knowledge of security, availability, and operational standards
