About the Role
We are looking for an Executive Lounge Host to join our team at Fairmont Château Laurier. This role focuses on providing exceptional service to guests in the Executive Lounge.
Key Responsibilities
- →Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- →Provide exceptional service in the Executive Lounge
- →Responsible for the set up and break down of all food and beverage presentations in the lounge
- →Assist guests regarding food and beverage menu items
- →Ensure the lounge is well maintained at all times
- →Clearing dishes from guest tables and ensuring cleanliness
- →Identify guest preferences and act on them to develop strong guest relationships
- →Provide personalized Concierge information to guests
- →Organize the Executive Lounge pantry and storage areas
- →Assist with controlling inventory for the Executive Lounge
- →Create strong relationships with supporting departments
- →Follow all Fairmont Château Laurier policies and procedures
- →Follow all safety and sanitation policies
- →Follow all sustainability standards and initiatives
