Key Responsibilities
- →Receive and contact warm leads daily through an outbound auto-dialer
- →Follow a consultative selling approach while showing empathy and educating potential members on debt resolution benefits
- →Complete applications, pull credit, and gather documents while collaborating with underwriting teams
- →Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics
- →Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- ✓Experience with high volume outbound calling (70-100+ dials)
- ✓Strong consultative selling skills
- ✓Ability to overcome objections and close sales in 1-2 calls
- ✓Excellent communication and customer service abilities
