About the Role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Achieve Personal Loan team. This role focuses on helping customers with personal finance solutions and facilitating loan applications.
Key Responsibilities
- →Contact borrowers via phone and email to facilitate the loan application process
- →Collect required documents from customers during the application
- →Move transactions through the underwriting process
- →Arrange closings with customers
- →Utilize communication and critical thinking skills to engage borrowers
- →Drive transactions to close in 1 to 2 calls
- →Manage a sales pipeline of up to 20 transactions
- →Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Requirements
- ✓Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- ✓Ability to work weekends (at least 1 weekend day)
- ✓Availability to work 8-hour shifts between 8:00am-10:00pm (EST)
- ✓Experience in sales or loan processing preferred
- ✓Ability to meet sales targets
