About the Role
We are looking for a French or German speaking Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Achievers. You will play a key role in driving business growth by helping organizations transform their employee engagement strategies. Leveraging the Achievers Employee Experience Platform™, you will guide Enterprise and Large global clients across EMEA to foster a culture of recognition and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying and reaching out to potential clients using various methods
- →Product Demonstrations and Presentations: Conducting in-depth product demos to showcase the SaaS solution’s value
- →Consultative Selling: Engaging with prospects to understand their business challenges and provide tailored solutions
- →Pipeline Management: Managing a sales pipeline through different stages of the sales process
- →Contract Negotiation and Closing: Working closely with decision-makers to negotiate contracts and close deals
- →Collaboration with Internal Teams: Working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams
- →Quota Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets
- →Market and Product Feedback: Gathering insights from prospects and customers
- →Sales Reporting: Regularly updating sales performance and forecasts
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in technology/SaaS sales, preferably within the HR tech space
- ✓Must be proficient in speaking French or German
- ✓Consistent track record of exceeding quota and revenue goals
- ✓Experience selling to the C-suite
- ✓Bachelor's degree
- ✓Experience in demonstrating software to customers/prospects
- ✓Proficiency using Salesforce, Outreach, and the Microsoft Suite
