As a Revenue Operations Analyst you’ll play an important role in supporting our Go-To-Market strategy by owning key aspects of CRM data quality, territory planning, and reporting. You’ll help define and maintain how our data is structured and used, ensuring our systems are accurate, scalable, and trusted by teams across the business.
You’ll have the opportunity to shape best practices around data integrity, analytics, and how we use our sales technology stack as the business grows. This role offers hands-on experience with meaningful ownership and the chance to influence how Revenue Operations supports smarter decision-making across the organization.
How you'll shape Revenue Operations:
• Maintain data dictionaries, field definitions, required fields, and validation rules to support clean data.
• Ensuring our TAM is accounted for in Salesforce, owning and approving new accounts being created in salesforce, account hierarchies, and company firmographics
• Own bulk updates in Salesforce including account assignments
• Produce ad-hoc analyses to help the team understand customer behavior and drive decision-making.
• Update Salesforce as needed, maintain records, and run standard ad-hoc reports.
• Collaborate with teams across the globe to understand their operational and strategic needs.
• Ensure consistent use of sales technologies and best practices across teams.
• Provide day-to-day support to the global sales organization, including demonstrating sales processes, developing reports and dashboards, and answering related questions.
• Develop data infrastructure and other tools to make analytics easier and more effective.
• Implement best practices for data integrity, including database cleanup and ensuring data quality.
• Perform data validation and end-user testing of dashboards to ensure accuracy and usability.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and CS teams to apply best practices and processes to platform strategies.
• Support sales leaders with managing opportunity pipelines and planning requirements.
Experience we feel will set you up for success:
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Sales Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
• Intermediate/Advanced Salesforce (or equivalent) experience (reporting, building dashboards, light admin).
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring our records are updated correctly.
• Strong time management skills, proven ability to thrive in a high-paced environment and manage to incoming requests.
• Excellent teaching and influencing skills to train people on new tools and processes.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong data skills, able to handle large datasets in Excel/Sheets systematically.
• Deeply data-driven, naturally curious, and passionate about building data-driven organizations.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and strategically focused self-starter able to juggle multiple projects.

$ 68,000 - $80,000 reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role based on current market data. The final offer will depend on several factors, including your skills, experience, and any relevant certifications.
