About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join Achievers and launch their sales career. This role involves connecting with HR leaders in large enterprise companies to initiate conversations and qualify meetings for Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Connect with prospects that show varying levels of interest in Achievers via phone, email, or social media
- →Collaborate with your team and Account Executives on innovative prospecting methods
- →Design targeted campaigns to reach out to prospects in your territory
- →Master sales productivity tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Vidyard, and Sales Navigator
- →Develop your sales skills with significant career development support
- →Build a positive team spirit by recognizing your peers
Requirements
- ✓Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- ✓Entrepreneurial spirit
