About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly analytical FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team at Acquisition.com. This role involves assisting with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans
- →Conduct headcount planning and hiring forecasts
- →Perform cash flow forecasting for both short-term and long-term periods
- →Develop and maintain financial models including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash for various business units and projects
- →Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- →Prepare strategic scenario modeling to support decision-making
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis
- →Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting
- →Assist in the evaluation of potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions
- →Understand the competitive landscape and global economic trends to assist with day-to-day activities
- →Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- ✓3-5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or a similar role
- ✓Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- ✓Proficiency in GSheets, Microsoft Excel, and financial software applications
- ✓Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
