$80,000 - $95,000 /year
About the Role
We are looking for a Portfolio Community Manager to manage 4 to 7 homeowner's association communities. This role focuses on providing exceptional service and expertise while receiving dedicated support from key corporate departments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage 4 to 7 HOA communities with dedicated departmental support
- →Maintain evening availability for Board meetings
- →Travel to properties for in-person meetings when needed
- →Follow up on all issues in a timely manner
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years of HOA portfolio management experience
- ✓CMCA certification or ability to obtain within first 6 months
- ✓Keen knowledge of budgets and budgeting processes
- ✓Strong knowledge of audits, reserve studies, bidding process, and Association governing documents
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Effective presentation skills
- ✓Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently
